Required information

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL(s) or release identifier(s) on TUNIVH.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. Include the same identifying information and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
