Content Guidelines
Last updated: 2026-05-01
These guidelines define the kind of content that may be delivered to streaming platforms through TUNIVH. They apply to every release, artist profile and asset uploaded to our systems.
1. Ownership and rights
You must own or control all rights to every component of your release — master recordings, compositions, artwork, video and metadata — or have a valid license from each rights holder.
2. Prohibited content
- Unauthorised samples, covers without mechanical licenses, or AI-generated voices of real artists without consent.
- Hate speech, harassment, or content that incites violence against a protected group.
- Sexually explicit material involving minors, or any content that violates child-safety laws.
- Misleading metadata, fake artist names, keyword stuffing, or impersonation.
- Audio designed to manipulate streaming algorithms (silent tracks, looped noise, bot-driven content).
3. Metadata standards
Artist names, titles and contributors must be accurate, properly capitalised and free of promotional tags. Featured artists must be credited using the platform's standard "feat." convention.
4. Audio quality
Minimum acceptable audio: 16-bit / 44.1 kHz WAV or FLAC. Lossy formats and audio captured from streaming services are not accepted.
5. Enforcement
TUNIVH reserves the right to refuse delivery, take down releases, or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or third-party platform policies.
