Copyright Policy

TUNIVH respects the intellectual property rights of artists, songwriters, producers, labels and all rights holders. Every work distributed through our platform must be legally owned or properly licensed by the uploader.

1. Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of the master recordings and compositions you upload. TUNIVH acts solely as a non-exclusive distributor and rights administrator.

2. Required rights

By uploading content, you confirm that you own, control, or have obtained written permission for: the master recording, the underlying composition, all featured performers, samples, interpolations, cover artwork and any third-party assets.

3. Royalty collection

We collect and pay out mechanical, performance and neighboring rights royalties from the digital service providers we deliver to, in accordance with each platform's terms.

4. Infringement

Uploading content you do not own is grounds for immediate takedown, account termination and forfeiture of accrued royalties. Repeat infringers are permanently banned and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
